Norris Wright and I were able to collaborate to host several roundtable and small group discussions with some students who enrolled in a male-centered mentoring group, where we educated young men about the good decision making, peer pressure, and career options. Mr. Wright was able to provide food along with sharing his takes and the aforementioned topics and the boys were greatly appreciative of both. Thank you, Mr. Wright for what you did for the young men of Burnett Middle School!!

Mr. Norris Wright was a volunteer speaker at our ‘Success Looks Like Me’ Career Day Event. He willfully engaged multiple speaking audiences including scholars in grades 6-12 and staff members, and engaged in networking to unite/align professionals. His presence made a huge impact and added value in ways that are still talked about as we plan and consider our program for next year. In addititon to the work he did for our program, he also recruited other professionals to assist us in growing the professionals available to expose our scholars to college and career paths. We are excited about continuing our partnership.
